REACHING FAMILIES

All provisions of services to clients, including meals served under the Child Care Food Program, shall be made without regard to race, color, religious creed, handicap, age, ancestry, national origin, or sex.

Program services shall be made accessible to eligible handicapped persons through the most practical and economically feasible methods available. These methods include, but are not limited to, equipment redesign, the provision of aids, or use of alternate service delivery locations. Structural modifications shall be considered only as a last resort among available methods. Any client who believes that they have been discriminated against may file a complaint of discrimination internally with the Butler County Children's Center, Inc.; the Bureau of Civil Rights, Compliance Field Office, 701 State Office Building, 300 Liberty Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15222; or within 180 days to the Secretary of Agriculture, Washington, DC.
